tickets still available and available again!

good news, everyone*! more tickets are available for the inquisition/bone awl/volahn/twin stumps show saturday night inside at emo's. timmy put 80 tickets up, and while i'm sure some are gone there should be plenty left. if you missed out the first time around, get to it and buy them online at ticketweb.

also still available are tickets for the x/spits/ty segall/grass widow/wild thing/wild america show at red 7 on thursday night. i hear wild thing is a force to be reckoned with, so buy tickets now. same goes for the saviours/toxic holocaust/gehenna/ashdautas/acephalix/iron age/the roller show on friday - tickets available.

get cultured with some artsy events during the fest

first up is a photography show at rio rita (1308 e 6th st) featuring some of our most favorite people/artists. the show opening is at 5pm on thursday, but will be up throughout the fest (and probably lots longer for the locals). featured artists:

Chrissy Piper
Brian Maryansky
Autumn Spadaro
Brett Bays
Katherine Strickland
Martin Sorrondeguy
Chris Pfeffer
Karoline Collins
Jack Barfield
Chris Boarts Larson

after the photo show, stop by the hyde park parlor (4301 guadalupe) for a gigposter show featuring paul d'elia and austin's own jack barfield. it will be up throughout the fest and on into june.

and to close things out, tim kerr (of big boys fame) has an art show at end of an ear records (2209 south 1st st) opening on sunday at 3pm. both shows will be great and are absolutely worth checking out!

hope to see you all there!
